for the "fit" and "not-so-fit"
RF501 was invented because every runner has different goals and different needs. RF501 is a half and full marathon training program for the "fit" and the "not-so-fit" runner.
...because not all runners are the same...
Train for a half or full marathon of YOUR CHOICE! Get individualized training schedules to meet your needs. Join the "member page" forum to meet new and exciting individuals. Run with runners who share your pace/mile. Get fit, have fun, join today.
"running should be fun"
SEASONS:
Winter: January 12 to June 1, 2008
Summer: June 17 to October 19, 2008 Enrollment remains open throughout the season
2008 Winter RF501: In addition to offering runners of all abilities an awesome experience to meet their needs, we offer additional support to the small group who are going to Boston in 2008. Current Ann Arbor coaches and members have completed over 20 Boston Marathons! Boston qualifiers can expect specialized training tips, advice, and routes designed to simulate Boston. Those with the goal of qualifying for Boston in the future benefit by training with our experienced coaches and current members. To read Coach Rob's welcome letter to the Boston Qualifying Runners:

In an effort to make this program safe for everyone and for insurance purposes runners are asked to refrain from the use of headphones, or similar distracting devices on ANY Running Fit 501 training run. Thank you for your cooperation.
