A WEEKLY LONG RUN

FUN PEOPLE, NEW FRIENDS
One of the most fantastic side benefits of training... hanging out with healthy people. Sure, there are a few snobs in every crowd, but for the most part, physically fit people have a better attitude. Regardless of your running experience-- this is an ideal place to meet new friends, training partners and a place to enjoy the company of other fit-minded people while getting ready for your grand event.
