RF501 Benefits
RF501's requirements are suggestions, not mandatory. Note: if you attempt to train for a half or full marathon without the following requirements the risk for a running injury is more likely.

  • The ability to run 3 miles without stopping
  • The ability to run 6 miles with some rest breaks

The following time goals are set based on the level of fitness of our RF501 teams

  • A goal of running a half marathon in less than 2:30 hours
  • A goal of running a full marathon in less than 5:30 hours
Two Training Seasons:
Winter Jan to Jun.
Summer Jun to Nov

Half and full marathon training program for the destination of your choice.

Adult CPR and First Aid certified Head Coaches.

Running classes, and lectures by professional speakers.

3 Levels of full and half marathon training schedules.

Member exclusive "Team Pages", a social network for runners.
Group workouts and group long runs for runners of all ages and all abilities.

Coach support on long runs, workouts, and via email.

Individualized training schedules are offered to all runners for a nominal fee.

Pacers available in some locations: Pace Groups: 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00 and greater.
