Meets and Practices
Tuesday Nights
Intense workouts with Coach Alison at 6pm (locations to be announced)
Saturday Morning
Long Runs with Coach Alison and Coach Rick at 8:00am with occasional routes along the Leelanaue trail, the TART trail, and the Bayshore Marathon course. (weather permitting).

Details
Traverse City 501 (TC501) 18 week training for a half or full marathon and the official Bayshore half and full 18 week training program for the "fit" and the "not-so-fit", headed by Coach Alison Goss and Rick Neubert.
Don't want to train for a half or full marathon, no problem, Coach Alsion and Coach Rick just love to run and will help you get motivated and out the door to run and have F U N !​​​

Kick OFF:
​​​Sunday January 22nd TC501 kick off meeting will be held at the South Airport location at 4:30 pm. If participants can not make it to that meeting they are to email me directly to get the information. Coach Alison: goss.alison.e@gmail.com.

Tuesday Jan 24th the first run will be meeting at the Downtown Front Street location at 5:55pm so we can begin running at 6pm.

Saturday long runs will now begin at 8am instead of 8:30. ​
