Econo Print Owner, marathoner and advid runner, Ted comes to 501 this season to coach the team. His team spirit and hunger to improve his running performance has helped Ted develop great coaching skills.

Marathoner and advid runner, Suzi comes to 501 to coach runners who are serious about training for a half or full marathon. Suzi had run numerous Chicago Marathoners with runners that she has trained and will be there again this year.

Loves to run. 10 marathons including Boston, 10 mi PR 69:24, PR half 1:38. "Race Junkie" from the '90s. "Hardware" (running awards) addict, placed in top five MI Runner Masters for 3 years. Trained hard and knows how to run tough. In 2002, retired from racing and began coaching 501 runners. Loves helping runners become the best they can be.
