Group Workouts are in progress for the Winter Season 2010. Check with the Head Coach in each location for updates or check the drop in calendar for times and dates of the Saturday Group Runs. There is a $5 drop in fee for Non Members to participate in a group run our workout. Registration remains open ALL SEASON.
